Abstract : Voice of Customer is the important for product development. Product development is a complex task in which a great deal of human physical resources, methods, and tools are involved. One of the well- appreciated models is Kano model for customer needs study for product development. This study is to identify a research gap from existing literature regarding Kano Model. For this reasons, a review of state-of-art is done regarding Kano Model aspect.
