Abstract : Geometric process model has been used in a variety of situations such as the determination of the optimal replacement policy and the optimal inspection-repair replacement policy for standby systems, and the analysis of data with trends. This study deals with the analysis of accelerated life testing for Log-Logistic distribution using geometric process model. The case of type-I censoring is considered in this study. It is assumed that the lifetimes under increasing stress levels form a geometric process. The maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters and their confidence intervals using the asymptotic method are derived. The performance of the estimators is evaluated by a simulation study with different pre-fixed parameters.
